1. How many people does the space hold? Building can hold 50 inside and 100 or more guests on our patio area 2. Do you have WI-FI access? Yes 3. Do you provide a DJ? A DJ is not included in the rental, however, we can refer you to our house DJ 4. Is outside food allowed? Yes, catering service is available 5. Do you have a kitchen? No, currently we do not have the kitchen open for events. Outside food would need to be pre-cooked. 6. Is outside alcohol allowed? Yes, only for private events. Cash bar is included in packages for public events, which includes liquors, beer, mixers, and sodas. Can be added to private events. See more details on our booking page. Link below. 7. Do you provide tables/chairs? Yes, we have 10 round pub tables and 8 folding tables. Additional tables/chairs may need to be rented according to specific needs 8. How much to book? There is a $50-100 security retainer to book/secure a date and time plus the rental cost, which is due in full the day before your event 9. Is the security retainer refundable? It is refunded after the events end, upon inspecting the building to be clean and damaged. 10. Is Security required? Security is required for public events and added to the rental cost. It is not required for private events unless the attendees exceed 50 people
